Failure to comply with these terms constitutes a material breach of the terms on which you are permitted to use our website, and may result in us immediately, temporarily or permanently withdrawing of your right to use our website, undertaking legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis resulting from the breach, or taking further legal action against you.  

 

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these terms.

 

PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

When you purchase products from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and payment card information.  We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order and to send you your goods. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your delivery.  We require this information to process your payment, deliver your goods and fulfil our contract with you.

 

Your information is stored in our order processing system based in the United Kingdom.  Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment processor which is based in the EU and is certified (which requires effective safeguards for your information). We do not retain your credit card information.

 

We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your goods and we share with them your name, address and telephone number to complete the delivery. 

 

We keep your order information for 6 years after purchase. Your personal information associated with the order will then be removed.  You can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.  You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.  Please email us or use the contact form on the website to submit an information request.

 

If you have a complaint about our use of your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office via their website at www.ico.org/concerns.   

 

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any Forbearance, tolerance, or delay in either party enforcing its contractual or legal rights shall not prejudice, restrict or prevent the right of the injured party to enforce its rights later or later breach.

 

If any provision or part provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms.
