SHIPPING POLICY
At Treats 4 Dogs Pet Shop, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. All orders, with the exclusion of Red Dingo Tags, will be shipped within 1 business day using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery or via DPD, with a 3 to 5 business day estimated delivery time.
Treats 4 Dogs Pet Shop offers free shipping on all orders over £24.99 within the UK. Any orders under this amount will be subject to a delivery fee of £3.20.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS
Where goods do not comply with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
If there is a problem with the Goods, please contact us via email at oglanddogtreats@gmail.com, or through the contact form on this website.
If you wish to reject the Goods, you must return them to us. To return Goods, please post them to us. We will cover the costs of postage in cases where the Goods fail to meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

RETURNING GOODS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the legal right to change your mind and return your Goods for any reason, known as “a cooling-off period”. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the Goods. If you wish to return goods for this reason, you must inform us within the cooling-off period.

If you are returning Goods because you have changed your mind, you must cover the costs of returning the Goods to us.
If the Goods are sealed for quality reasons and you have unsealed them after receiving them, or if you have already used some of the Goods, the goods may not be returned.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made using the same method used by you when paying for the Goods. You will be refunded the price paid for the Goods.
The cost of delivery will only be refunded if the Goods fail to meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Standard delivery charges (i.e. the cheapest option available for your Order) will be refunded, but we do not reimburse premium delivery charges.
If returning Goods because you have changed your mind, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods if that reduction has been caused by your handling of the Goods in a way that would prevent them from being resold.
Refunds due to you will be made as soon as possible, and by the same payment method used for payment.
